– The Product is unused and in its original packaging

b. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the Product, if applicable. Do not return the Product without authorization from our team.

c. Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for shipping the Product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package for its full value.

3. Inspection and Refund/Exchange

a. Inspection: Once we receive the returned Product, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the Product is confirmed to be damaged, spilt, or defective, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

b. Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

c. Exchange: If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a replacement Product to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and would like you to have positive shopping experience but just incase something goes wrong , Don’t worry we are here to help you!

We don’t offer return/exchanges in our accessories, however , incase you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do:

  • Update us within 5 working days via email or ping us on Instagram or whatsapp no.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Your item will then be exchanged
  • Incase the item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
